Hey everyone,
I had a little lush haul and thought I'd put up a post on it :) I like reading them so maybe you will too.
I got a bit overexcited and used up my Christmas penguin before taking a picture of it..oops..but its a beautiful little guy and you can see it on the lush website! It smells exactly the same as pop in the bath which I also got.
I always resist saying this is my favourite bubble bar as I do love quite a few but I suppose it is the one I get every single time I'm in lush. I always want to get the blue one, simply because I like blue water but it's never there :(
Next I got pumpkin and Dorothy. I have heard people say these two are the same but I think my pumpkin has a stronger smell than Dorothy. They both smell similar to figs and leaves so if you like one of those three things maybe you'll like the others.
I got my first ever bath melt as well! Jolly exciting. I've heard these are far more nourishing on the skin so this seems like a nice idea for winter as my skin can get really dry. The bath melt I got was The Melting Snowman.
How adorable is he?! I was told he smells like hot toddy but I didn't personally give that a whiff but maybe if you like it you should try this. It smells like Christmas..and winter mixture sweets..and a bit like mulled wine. It's incredible. I don't normally like spicy smells for body and bath products but I can't say no to this wee chappy.
Next up on the lushie list, Ickle baby bot bath bomb (phew that's a mouthful). Oh man. This smells like sleep basically, and is one I think I'll use after a long day. I know it says it's for babies but frankly I just don't care..it has lavender, sandalwood, and chamomile. Perfect.
Last but by no means least is the Ne Worry Pas bath bomb. This had to be ordered online as its exclusive to online and the Poole shop. O.K. you know parma violet sweets? This is just like them. Or the daddy-o shampoo. I can't stop sniffing this! As much as I love some of the other bath bombs, this is making it to my absolute favourite at the minute!
It says you're meant to whisper your worries into the hole and throw them away into the water which I thought was quite cute but I don't think I'll be sitting in my bathroom whispering to a bath bomb..seems a bit too weird for me but whatever floats your boat.
I'm a bit annoyed I didn't get the soot ball while I had the chance..it smelt really nice but I got worried about the colour. Did anyone else try it? Did it stain your bath or anything?
Well that's all folks! Thanks for reading :)
